When does my subscription arrive?

We ship out each month’s collections by the 15th of each month via USPS! Standard shipping timing applies from our shipment origin in Utah, to your home state (or wherever you ordered to).


What is included in my subscription?

Three greeting cards that are seasonally appropriate, and three stamps. Card categories rotate each month to keep your assortment fresh!


Can I gift a subscription to someone?

The best way to do this is to make an account and enter the shipping address for your gift recipient. Shoot us an email and we’re happy to include a personalized note from you to your recipient!

We hate to see you go, but you can cancel anytime inside your Mailed It! account on our website. If you have any issues, email us at orders@clubmailedit.com


You’re in luck! We offer card bundles that come with five cards per category, that can be purchased at anytime. We also offer personalized sets, and boxed sets, in various quantities.


Yes! Please email us at orders@clubmailedit.com to place a fully bespoke order. We also offer bespoke wholesale orders for boxed sets directly to retailers.


Yes! We offer boxed sets as well as our personalized stationery line for wholesale. We have a wholesale portal on our website, or you can place an order/request a line sheet with orders@clubmailedit.com

What is your return policy?

For bundles, box sets, and subscriptions, we are able to accept returns for any unopened and unused greeting card products returned in perfect condition. We do not refund shipping costs, and return shipping is paid for by the customer.

Due to the nature of personalized stationery, we do not accept returns for these items. Please ensure you double-check your submissions for any typos, and if you receive a digital proof you review it carefully!
